This is an eating story. I had vertical sleeve gastrectomy on January 2, 2017, and this not only documents my struggles and successes with that process, but documents my journey with food – not only how it has changed, but how it is changing. I love to cook and bake, which is one of the hardest parts of the process for weight loss surgery, since I am limited on both for the next few months (at least).
